Questions about plates received
Contact us if the plate count, dimensions, markings or condition differ from what you expected. Clear photographs of the plate marks, packaging and affected areas help us identify the material. For a dimensional or test result query, include the measurements or inspection report and the requirement stated in your order.
What to include when you get in touch
- Your purchase order or BEBON order reference.
- The steel grade, plate dimensions and affected quantity. Include the heat or plate number if you can read it.
- A short description of the issue and any relevant photos, documents or inspection results.
